Session Descriptions

“As a Teacher I Am Interested in Therapy and Healing the Body to Help You Feel and Move Better in Daily Life”.

In one-on-one sessions the Pilates technique is the base practice but different ideas and concepts will be integrated from other movement disciplines such as:

–       Yoga

–       Dance Therapy

–       Structural Alignment

–       Body Conditioning and Strengthening

–       Meditation

–       Movement Imagery and more.

* By Integrating these disciplines we gain multiple perspectives to give you a Holistic and Balanced experience.

Some days you will discover a new muscle

Some days you will feel taller

Some days will feel difficult

And some days will feel easy

Everyday is an experience to go deeper into yourself and spend the time to respect the wonderful structure – your body- that carries and supports you in life.
